Before you consider hiring a contractor, ask him these questions.
| 1. | Do you carry General Liability Insurance? |
| Ask to have his insurance company send the certificate directly to your home. | |
| 2. | Have you been operating this business successfully for at least 10 years? |
| Hetrick Construction has been family owned and operated for over 20 years. | |
| 3. | Look in the business white pages; does his business have a listing? |
| If not, he's working out of the back of his truck, and may not be there to honor any warranty. | |
| 4. | Have you done this type of project before? |
| You should require a contractor who has experience with your type of project. So that you can see the quality of projects I have completed, you may personally view a recently finished project. | |
| 5. | Do you offer a written warranty on your work? |
| We offer a full one-year warranty on all our projects upon full payment. | |
